The Police Standards Advisory Council (PSAC) establishes continuing education requirements for Nebraska law enforcement officers in order to maintain their certification and to best serve the communities and residents of Nebraska. Continuing Education requirements apply to all active, certified law enforcement officers, reserve officers and individuals exercising law enforcement duties under a special deputy status.
