NLETC reserves the right to limit the number of attendees from any one agency. This is to provide equitable training throughout the state.
This course is designed to provide the participants the information and hands-on skills necessary for certification through Human Factor Science (formerly PPCT) as a defensive tactics instructor. NOTE: Participants will be required to pass a comprehensive written exam and perform each technique with maximum proficiency in a practical test.
Students are responsible for lodging ($25.00 per night double occupancy) and meals.
Equipment: Pen/Pencil, notebook, gym clothes, non-marking shoes, eye protection, handcuffs and key, duty belt, red training gun (will be provided if you don't have one), and extra towels if you are staying at NLETC
