The Nebraska State Patrol conducts NCIC training courses at the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center in Grand Island, NE. In order to get on the list of people needing the course you will need to submit an enrollment form for specialized training. Click on the link below for the forms page. Scroll down to the "Enrollment Form for Specialized Training".
Once you have completed the form you can scan and email it to steven.gobel@nebraska.gov or fax it to 308-385-6032. When the form is received the student(s) will be added to the list of people needing the course. The instructors will populate the roster for the course from this list.
